Swipe through your roll
Your photos arrive as a deck, newest first — or narrowed down to just screenshots, or shuffled, if the oldest ones are the hardest to face.

Feed the ones you don't need
Swiping a photo down feeds it to your pet and adds it to the cleanup list. Swiping sideways keeps it, and the deck won't ask you about it again for 30 days.

Clear the pile when you're ready
Nothing is deleted until you open the cleanup list and tap Move to bin. iOS asks for confirmation, then the photos go to Recently Deleted — 30 more days to change your mind.

It never sends anything anywhere
Most apps that touch your photo library have a server behind them. This one doesn't — there is no networking code in it at all, so there is no account to make, nothing to sign in to, and nothing that could be uploaded even by accident.

Even the two typefaces it is set in are bundled inside the app, so there is not so much as a font to download. The privacy policy lists the lot.

What does Pet Clean It do?
It is a photo-decluttering game for iPhone. It deals the photos already in your library out one card at a time. Swipe a photo down and it feeds your pet and joins a cleanup list; swipe it sideways and it is kept and dropped from the deck for 30 days so you are not asked about it again straight away.
Does Pet Clean It delete my photos?
Only when you say so, and iOS does the deleting. Swiping only queues a photo. Nothing leaves your library until you open the cleanup list, tap Move to bin and confirm the prompt iOS puts up. The photos then go to Recently Deleted, where iOS keeps them recoverable for 30 days.
Can I get a photo back after swiping it?
Yes. A photo you fed to the pet sits in the cleanup list until you clear it, with a restore arrow beside it that puts it straight back into the deck. A photo you swiped to keep is under the Kept tab at the top of the screen.
Does Pet Clean It need an internet connection?
No. There is no networking code in the app at all, so it behaves identically in aeroplane mode. There is no account to create and no server behind it. Even the two typefaces it is set in are bundled inside the app rather than downloaded.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Your photos, and the thumbnails the app draws from them, never leave the device. Nothing is uploaded, backed up by us or shown to anyone else, because the app makes no network requests of any kind.
What do I need to run Pet Clean It?
An iPhone running iOS 15.6 or later. The app is portrait-only and iPhone-only; there is no iPad, Android or web version. It is free on the App Store.
